The beds are comfortable and the location is great, and the building could be lovely. Still, it doesn't feel anything like the “boutique” hotel it claims to be, and it's definitely not worth the price. The bathrooms smell and feel old-fashioned. The covered pool has an abandoned, ruined jacuzzi, and there are lots of people smoking inside, including in other common areas. There's no hairdryer anywhere in the place. Seriously?

My mom’s birthday felt magical here. The food was delicious, the facilities were beautiful, and the service was excellent. I’d highly recommend it for a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion.

The city looks beautiful, and our stay was comfortable and quiet. The woman who served us was very friendly. We got a good price, the included breakfast was very good, and the additional food items cost a very reasonable amount.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and it could be a nice place for a pleasant weekend. But it needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Our sheets had been used by other guests, and the food arrived a bit slowly and cold. Those details need attention.
