After a full day of work, the quiet, clean room was a relaxing place to return to. It was spacious, modern, and well furnished, with a huge bathroom and a shower I really enjoyed. The hotel sits in a newer, attractive district on a hill overlooking Chihuahua, and feels very modern and luxurious.

The hotel has nice amenities, but service falls short. My room still hadn't been cleaned by 5 PM. When I called, they said I had to leave the room then so they could clean it, otherwise it wouldn't get done. There was hardly any service at the pool, either. The cleaning crew and staff generally didn't seem competent as hotel staff. Sorry, but that's how it was.

The hotel is nice, but breakfast service was slow, and the only shower head was a rain shower, which I really dislike. For the price, I'd probably choose the courtyard next time.

What a view. The 2021 and the fourth floor will probably be your favorites here. The food and hotel are clean and well run, and the staff are very kind and helpful.

The rooms were amazing, and the panoramic views all around were breathtaking. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and would come back if I visit again.
