Rooms were consistently clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The garage also felt well guarded, and getting around Mexico City by car from this location was easy. We tried two different rooms, and some were better insulated from outside noise than others. I got used to it quickly, but light sleepers who need silence might want earplugs. Breakfast is included, though the selection is limited and gets repetitive on a longer stay. The hotel has no EV chargers. Even so, I'd choose it again. We spent a couple of days at a five-star hotel in Mexico City and preferred this one overall, especially for the price.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the place felt clean and modern. We got a warm welcome, too. It's about 30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the basilica. Nights were a little noisy, but we still had a great stay.

The hotel's design is pleasant and modern, and the rooms are nicely laid out. Breakfast was great, and they provide free drinking water. My sink drained slowly, so I reported it to reception, but unfortunately nobody fixed it. Sound insulation is poor, though it did get quiet at night once people were asleep.

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and our small room had two beds and a spacious bathroom. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the hotel can help arrange tours and taxis, though the taxi option felt safe but highly overpriced. One annoyance was guests talking loudly in the hallway without much consideration for others.
