The rooms weren't great, but they did the job for our group of 24, and this was the only place available when we came to see the fireflies. The hotel is a little out of the way, though close enough to the fireflies, which was all we wanted. The lovely staff tried really hard and made up for a lot. They made a remarkable effort to feed all of us in the morning. Hauling heavy bags up to the third floor was a bit rough. Not great, not terrible.

They were kind from the moment I booked, and my stay was really pleasant. It's a peaceful, clean place with excellent service. I recommend the hotel, especially since they also arrange tours to the firefly sanctuary. I'll be back next season with my family.

It's a nice, good value hotel with spotless rooms in excellent condition and excellent service. The location is out on the edge of town, but I think it's worth it. A good place to unwind.

The hotel is really clean, the staff are very friendly, and the chilaquiles are delicious. Highly recommend it. I hope I can come back for the firefly tour.
