Viajero CDMX Centro Hostel

The place is in a great spot, and the rest of the staff and my experience were great. One bartender, though, kept charging different prices for margaritas listed at 140. He charged us 160 the next time, then later put the price up to 190. I don't know why, but it felt shady. He also wouldn't serve the other margarita flavors during happy hour, apart from lime, and the rest of the bar staff said he was just being lazy. I'd avoid that guy. I still highly recommend this place when visiting Mexico City.

At Viajero, it was easy to meet people and settle into the fun, social atmosphere. The staff were friendly and ready to help whenever I needed anything. Its spot near the main square made exploring Mexico City and soaking up the energy easy. I had a really good stay and would highly recommend it.

There was plenty of room to work or hang out in the common areas, and Omar and Anapaula were lovely hosts, always friendly, helpful, and fun. The hostel has a great community feel, good events, and useful tips about local places. It can be pricey, and noise sometimes carries into the room before quiet hours. After quiet hours it was okay. I'd come back :)

Viajero Hostel had a welcoming feel, and it was easy to get to know other travelers. The staff were kind and helpful. My dorm was clean and comfortable, with privacy curtains and lockers that made things feel secure. It seemed like a good stay without costing too much.
