Hotel Lossandes

When we asked where we could eat, they said they didn't know and turned back to what they were doing. That pretty much sums up the customer service. We booked one night in a double room for four people, two adults and two children, but there was no toilet paper and only two towels. When we asked for two more for the kids, they refused. The receptionist walked away while I was still speaking and told me to file a report. No apology, and no attempt to make me feel heard. Really bad hotel.

The place seemed unfinished, with a lot of construction going on, so in its defense, it may not have been ready. Still, even finished, I’d only call it a budget hotel. There were no towels or hot water when I arrived, and no breakfast or other meals. I checked out the next day and went somewhere else. I couldn't find anything worth taking a picture of.

I paid cash for two nights, but on the second night they said I’d only paid for one. I asked for the receipt and camera footage, and they wouldn't cooperate, insisting I hadn't paid. I believe this place will scam and lie to you and take your money. I’m reporting it to the secretary of tourism.

The plumbing was being repaired, and without any warning, dirty black water came out of the faucet, toilet, and shower. The room we stayed in was much more humid than the other rooms in the hotel, and the zancudos were unbearable. Saying I won’t go back is an understatement.
