Hotel Mesaluna Short & Long Stay

I stayed about two weeks, and the helpful, courteous service from the front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff made it a great stay. Breakfast was always delicious, and transport was provided for appointments, certain stores and the airport. The consulate, medical clinic and biometrics location were within walking distance. Staff knew a lot about paperwork, restaurants and transport for international travel. Our room had a full-size fridge, electric stove and basic cooking supplies. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a mall across the street; for authentic food farther away, we used Didi, like Uber, and paid cash. I'd recommend the tour bus that stops across the street. We had to leave to visit family after a delay in our case, but when we came back a week later to collect our approval documents, they still helped us get from Juarez to El Paso. I'd recommend staying here for a consulate appointment. Thanks to all the staff for such wonderful service ❤️

The one thing that really bothered me was that some rooms have no window. They couldn't build windows because the rooms are right next to the consulado, and it was hard with my baby, who was getting confused about day and night. Luckily, we were able to switch rooms. I was there for 15 days in April 2026, and it was so convenient to walk to all my appointments. It felt safe, the breakfast was delicious, and people always greeted us. Laundry was available whenever we needed it. My hubby and I would bring fruit and chips to eat on the terraza. Smokers were the only downside there, but at least nobody could smoke inside. The TV had YouTube, Netflix and amazon. The kitchen had a pan, a few utensils, two bowls and two plates, plus a refrigerator and microwave. I cooked at least once a day for 13 days and snacked on PB&Js, chips and fruit to save money instead of eating out. Miguel, our driver, was so kind. The cleaning team was on point. Shout-out to Don Ismael, who I kept seeing cleaning everywhere, even in the elevator, and to Doña Marta, who was so friendly while cleaning our room. Everyone at the front desk was nice and polite. Mesaluna made our stay in Juarez much easier and more comfortable. Good luck to everyone going! 10/10

The hotel is in a great area, clean and fairly modern. But our immigration process ran longer than expected, so we needed to extend our three-week stay. They said reservations meant they couldn't extend it, and we had to find another hotel at a really vulnerable time. They need a process for situations like this.

The other guests could get really loud at night and weren't respectful. Aside from that, the breakfast was excellent, the location was great, and the transportation service was very good.
