The room was pretty cramped, which might be a problem if you have lots of luggage or plan to stay a while. Renovation work also caused some hassle, especially around the lobby, and there was sometimes a chemical smell that made things uncomfortable. Still, I felt safe there, and the location was convenient for my trip. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional the whole time, which made my stay much more comfortable.

Breakfast was a highlight for us. The cafeteria staff greeted everyone with smiles and a good attitude each morning, and I’d highly recommend eating there. The rest of the team was just as kind and helpful. When I needed important documents printed, the receptionist did it for me without hesitation. My husband, son, and I stayed for two weeks in March 2024 while I had my immigration interview. The hotel is very close to the appointment locations, so we could walk to the medical exam, fingerprinting, and interview. Our room was clean and cozy, and we were comfortable throughout the stay. I came back to Juárez a month later for one night because my visa was delayed, and stayed here again. The staff recognized us and were genuinely happy to hear my visa had been approved ❤️. I’m grateful for the warmth and kindness they showed us during such an important time. I’d happily give the hotel an extra star.

Our cleaning lady, larrisa, on the 6th floor was helpful, cleaned well, and made sure we had plenty of fresh towels. The location is handy for restaurants, the US consulate, the medical exam, and the other services needed for immigration into the United States. For two people sharing a single bed, it’s a little small, about the size of a twin. I’d suggest getting a room with two beds if you’re staying with your partner.

I paid 1500 for a room where the shower, TV, and AC weren’t working. Only one hole in the shower head sprayed water, so I couldn’t shower. The TV had power but wouldn’t turn on, and the heat didn’t work, leaving the room cold at night. I asked to switch rooms, but was told only rooms with two beds were available and would cost more. I asked for a discount instead and they refused. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.
