Being right on the beach is wonderful, and the heated pool looks out over the sea and shore. We love coming back here. It's in the heart of Zona Dorada, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shops.

I had drinks at the bar on the 11th floor and got painfully slow service. I think they deliberately turn off the Wi-Fi so you can't communicate when paying by credit card. They sent a charge for the percentage to pay in US dollars. Watch out for the scam. I warned you.

After driving 1,500 miles, I needed a decent place for a couple of days. Holiday Inn completely exceeded my expectations, and I was totally impressed.

The beach was dirty, the food was bad, and the pool is old. The facilities overall feel old, the gym isn't equipped, and the staff don't seem oriented toward tourism. I wouldn't recommend this place for a tourist visit. Better to go to the hotel next door, which is in good shape.

I was there for some friends' wedding, and we were treated very well from the moment we arrived. My room was clean and had a beautiful ocean view. Because of work, I also got to use the meeting room in the lobby. It was well equipped, with pens and a printer, and plenty of space for two people.
