Maria Bonita Consulado Americano

I expected more for the price and left really disappointed. The sheets smelled bad and looked dirty on our first day, and the blankets were torn and so small they seemed like single size, not full size. We tried the laundry: the washer was okay, but I had to pay twice for the dryer and some clothes were still wet. I mentioned the dryer to a staff member, who I think called someone, but nobody got back to me. I'd suggest not washing clothes there. Breakfast came with the reservation, but it was poor: old-tasting food, very few choices, bad drinks, orange juice that didn't taste like orange, and warm milk.

The secure private parking was reassuring, and the hotel was spotless. I didn't get to use the indoor pool, though most of the other guests seemed to be having a great time there. There's also a little souvenir shop and a bar. We enjoyed the restaurant food, which is included with the stay, though some restrictions may apply. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

We've stayed here twice, in two different rooms, and the TV didn't work either time. They say it's been reported, but it never gets fixed.

We were so happy with our stay. The restaurant food was good enough that we didn't want to eat elsewhere, and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was always glad to help, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The front desk team did all they could to make our day easier.
