The security was top of the line, and the reception staff were always smiling, professional, and ready to help. I appreciate the great service. Thank you for everything you did to make the stay good for me and my family 👍

Nothing in the room seemed right. The air conditioner didn't work, the TV was broken, and there was no hot water. The damp sheets smelled bad and had stains; I also found hair in the bathroom and roaches on the floor. The room was dirty and infested with bugs. I had a terrible stay.

Our bellhop was patient and courteous, and our waiter was too. That's about all the praise I can offer after this miserable stay. The place was very outdated, and our bed felt like a concrete slab. The rooms smelled of urine, and the elevator seemed to do whatever it wanted. We got a bracelet when we arrived but never learned why, since nothing was included. The hotel photos look edited, and the ones that don't seem to have been taken at night for a reason. Not a recommended hotel.

The outside looks great and the pool looks even better, but the room was tiny and smelled awful. The bedding was damp, and when we turned on the light, a cockroach ran across the dresser. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The pool is good, and Wi-Fi and breakfast are free. It's close to the beach, but breakfast has no real variety, just eggs and beans. The menu needs more choices.
