After the second night of my three-night stay, I woke up and had to clean my own room with one of my towels. I called reception to ask for more towels, and they told me that wasn't possible, that I had to use the dirty ones. Earlier, a puddle of water appeared in my room and it took an hour for someone to clean it. My room smelled like a toilet the whole time, and when I sent clothes to be cleaned, a shirt went missing. It took 45 minutes to find it. The paint job was poor and the reception service was bad. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. If I could give negative stars, I would. I wrote this review before that second night. I've stayed in better hostels, and I don't recommend this place. Save yourself a bad time and don't stay here.

The pool was amazing, and the room was very clean. I stayed in a huge junior suite, with parking inside the hotel and a breakfast buffet available. The furniture looked old, though you could call it rustic. The location was excellent. The TV picture wasn't great, but I didn't watch much.

The staff were generally very nice, and there are places to eat nearby for all tastes. The Town center is also within walking distance. The building itself is showing its age: the bathroom fixtures are corroded and the toilet barely works. During the night, the closet rod fell and gave me quite a fright.

For the price, I expected more. The hotel was clean and okay, but there were several things missing: no hot water or toilet paper, and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. I also requested one bed but was given a room with a double bed.

We found another hotel less than an hour after arriving because the experience was so bad right away. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled terrible. There was no hot water, the air conditioning was loud, and only two TV channels worked. WiFi didn't work at all. The air felt stale, with no windows to open, and the furniture was disgusting.
