The night manager told me to take it up with Booking.com and wouldn't even offer to cover the couple of bottles of water we needed for brushing our teeth. We had to negotiate just to get those. The room was stale, the sheets stained, the AC blew right at my face, and there was black mold in the bathroom. Nobody answered the lobby phone. What we got didn't match what the booking described, and the gap between the promise and the stay left me feeling scammed.

The mountain view was splendid, especially with the fog around it. The pool and bathroom were very clean, and the experience was great. There are a few minor details, so very picky people may not enjoy it as much, but they shouldn't keep you from enjoying the panorama.
