The staff were kind and friendly, and I had a good stay overall, but it felt too expensive for what it was. The busy boulevard nearby made it noisy day and night. Ants were crawling in my bed the whole time, and the parking lot behind the hotel seemed to be public, with people constantly coming and going.

I had a room with three double beds, and everything in it was fine. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the TV was a very good size. It’s a simple but pleasant place, well located for the beach and walking around the town center. Big thanks to the staff, especially receptionist Viridiana, for her excellent work and attention at all times.

My family loved the place. The room was clean and cozy, with air conditioning, a 55-inch TV, internet, and a balcony with a table and hammock for relaxing. The pool was very nice and clean, there was parking, and the beaches were close. Excellent service.

I don’t understand the good reviews. One day was enough for me to know I’d never return. I found three cockroaches and other bugs in my room, the mini-fridge was in terrible shape, and the shower had hair in it. The location is the only good thing, since it’s near the beach. Otherwise, I don’t recommend it at all.
