We couldn’t sleep because the person next door started making noise at four in the morning. The drywall walls let you hear things from one room to another, and you can see how badly they’re deteriorating. The room looked tidy but was dirty. There was mold on the walls and in the bathroom, and the hallways had damp, moldy walls too. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, never mind a suite.

They need to improve the cleanliness. There’s a lack of hygiene.

The staff member who helped me was very friendly, and I had a great stay. My room was clean and tidy, with everything I needed: a refrigerator, microwave, and clean sheets. I liked the hotel and would come back.
