I've been here three days and have another four ahead, then eleven more days after that. The people are very nice. I haven't tried breakfast because I'm not sure how to order it. When staff clean the room, they open the windows and door to air it out, which is fine, but then my room fills with mosquitoes. I'm spending a lot of time in there since I'm not feeling well. The air conditioner works really well, and there's plenty of hot water. Thank you! Colima is beautiful.

The location is awesome, though having the Red Cross nearby was the one drawback. This is a classic place with really nice service. There wasn't any breakfast service while we were there. Hope to come back soon.

DO NOT STAY IN HOTEL ALDAMA! I arrived at 3:20pm and they wouldn't let me in. Their hotel policies and the booking app never said I had to arrive by a certain time. The place was empty, with a note on the door asking people to call a number, but nobody answered when I called. After I contacted them through the app, they replied that their staff had other priorities. They say check-in hours are 2pm to 3pm. Save yourself the horrible experience.

The location is good, almost right in downtown Colima, and the staff are friendly, though the service could be better. I couldn't print something at reception, which I've been able to do at many other places. There's no elevator, so getting a top-floor room could be inconvenient if you're with kids or elderly people. If you bring a car, parking is either on the street or in a lot on the street behind the hotel. There's no connection from that lot to the hotel, so leave your luggage at the front door before taking the car over.

Think of it as a very clean, two-star economy hotel with exceptional service. It isn't a four-star hotel.
