We've been coming for 28 years, and the staff feel like family. It's safe, clean, and close to everything you need. The hotel is a bit old, but it's still a very personable place. What else do you need for a vacation?

The pools are great, with warm water, and you're close to the beach, stores, and places to eat. But the air conditioning is poor, there was no hot water for showers, and there was no TV or phone to reach the office. The WiFi was kind of slow too. I'd give the hotel three stars.

The toilet was backed up, and housekeeping gets about a 4.5 out of 10 from me. It costs too much for a place that doesn't look as nice as the photos. Unless you only need a closed-in room with a bed to sleep in, don't waste your money. I especially wouldn't recommend it for families with kids.
