We came to rest after our dog's dental surgery, and that's exactly what we got. From our first WhatsApp conversation until we left, everyone was kind, helpful, and accommodating. The owner even moved his vehicle to make room for our van, and both receptionists were friendly and ready to help. The hotel is tastefully designed, with lots of little corners and spaces to sit. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Hot water takes about 5 minutes to come through in the shower. The walls are thin, but the hotel stayed quiet and we didn't hear outside noise. It's also within walking distance of the town centre, in a nice area that feels very safe. Fresh coffee is made every morning, with cookies, and there's a kitchen area guests can use. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. We hope to return. What a great place.

I paid for the suite with a jacuzzi, but the water was dirty. After I used it in the morning, I woke up to a huge puddle. A girl came to dry it, but soon water started leaking from somewhere else. The shower was freezing cold too. At checkout, I waited ages at reception with no one showing up. I called, sent WhatsApp messages, rang the bell, and got no response. With all these problems, I don't feel the nightly price was worth it.

We wanted a peaceful break from the busy city. The hotel is nice, with spacious, pleasant common areas, and it's only a few blocks from the main square. There's parking, and they offered us delicious Mexican-style coffee. The rooms, though, were TERRIBLE. Ours had no air conditioning, the fan was extremely noisy, and the walls were drywall. We couldn't sleep because we could hear everything the neighbors did, and there was no privacy even when using the bathroom. The TV remotes didn't work either. Hopefully you'll have better neighbors.
