The rooms were tiny and noisy, and the advertised Wi-Fi didn’t work. The packages they offer also aren’t actually booked through the hotel. Customer service was terrible. They didn’t seem to care whether we had problems. There are plenty of other hotels around, so I’d stay somewhere else.

The servings are tiny, the food is bland and poor quality, and the prices are too high for what you get. Paying over $8 per plate for this quality in México is outrageous. We tried the restaurant twice. After the first visit my gut told me not to go back, and after the second I was burned. Never again. Don’t waste your money here. 😒

The junior suite was spacious, very clean, and really comfortable. The cable TV had some distortion, but it didn’t matter much since we were there to see the natural scenery.
