The grounds are lovely, with lush gardens, lots of water features, and a grand pool that’s worth relaxing beside. This is a spectacular hotel in a charming, historic former Hacienda, with gardens, pools, and other common areas. It has hundreds of rooms, and many wings aren’t part of the original Hacienda, but they’ve done an extraordinary job carrying the original wings’ gorgeous architectural style throughout, with vaulted ceilings and stone walls. The restaurant setting is spectacular too, and the food is delicious. Staff are attentive, rooms are clean, and the beds are heavenly. Mariana at reception and Luis at the Pool Bar are stars!

Oscar from the main dining room really made our week. He was so kind and friendly, and worked incredibly hard as our server. We enjoyed every meal because of him. Thank you, Oscar!

That King Deluxe room was awful for what it cost. There's no natural light, and its only window looks out onto the service aisle. There isn't even a proper spot for coffee, it barely fits on the bedside table. Be careful which room you book.

It's an Hacienda, and one of the best hotels in morelos, honestly. A great place for a weekend, and I'd come back.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and I'm here for a wedding. But when my key card stopped working, I had to get it fixed and was told losing that plastic card would cost US$50. I still have it and haven't been charged, but that policy struck me as annoying and in really bad taste. Management can get in touch if they'd like to reconsider it, and I'll gladly update this review.
