The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, and there was no coffee in ours. They had a small pot set out by the elevator on our floor, but it ran out quickly and still hadn't been refilled about 45 minutes later when we left. Getting in and out is awkward too: the entrance is tucked between two buildings with no clear hotel sign, so it's easy to drive past, and you can't turn left when leaving. If you're heading north, you'll need to drive a ways before finding a place to turn around. Apart from those issues, it was an average stay.

The rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent. Giselle and Patricia at reception always make us feel comfortable when we stay here. I want to thank them both.

Good value and a really nice place to stay. It's right by a motorway, so walking anywhere means walking along it, which feels dangerous. The traffic also makes it a bit noisy. If that doesn't bother you, it's a great place.

Travelers, be careful. The rooms are clean and the location is great, but some receptionists try to upsell. I wouldn't mind paying the quoted rate if prices were consistent. When I turned down the receptionist's estimate and booked through their OWN website for about $1,000mxn less, she got upset. Even with my email confirmation, she wanted us to wait over two hours for "a system alert." We called the 800 number and they got us checked in. The company has an "early check-in" policy that the staff member never mentioned.

The central location made it easy to explore Cuernavaca, and the on-site dining had delicious local flavors. Fiesta Inn Cuernavaca was comfortable and convenient, with cozy, well-appointed rooms and attentive staff who gave us a warm welcome. The modern amenities, including the pool and fitness center, rounded out a pleasant stay. It would work well for business or leisure, and the inviting atmosphere and service make it a top choice for a memorable visit to the city.
