Hotel Canarios

The location is good, but the place itself was awful and I'd say don't stay here. Our room was dirty, had no towels or clothes, the TV got no channels, and the door was broken in spots. When we reported the condition, reception got annoyed and said they'd check, then left us only some dirty towels and a blanket. At night, staff wouldn't give us the room keys, claiming we hadn't paid. They only handed them over after calling someone to verify that payment had gone through. A very unpleasant experience.

The green spaces were very relaxing, and the morning staff were extremely friendly. But the night reception team was disappointing, and the hot water took about 30 minutes to come on because the boiler was started late. We've stayed at Hotel Canarios twice, and on the second visit we couldn't use the pool: the water was extremely cold. Our doctor had told us to keep it lukewarm, and the cold water was especially disappointing after we'd been told over the phone it would be cold and it wasn't. The hotel is in a prime spot, about 10 minutes from the city center.

The gardens are lovely, and the little bunnies 🐇 and chickens 🎀❤️ are adorable. It felt peaceful and worked well for a business break. Booking was easy: I reserved five days ahead, paid half as a deposit, and the staff were very friendly when I arrived. The pools do need maintenance, though. The price for what you get feels worthwhile, and I'd definitely come back. Thank you.

Nothing good to say about this place. The rooms were in unacceptable shape, with broken doors, TVs that didn't work, a musty smell, a dirty bathroom, stained sheets, and torn curtains. The staff were rude and took no responsibility for any of it. A terrible experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
