Sisao Hotel-Café

I liked the good food and the spot near one of Cuernavaca's few parks. The wooden tables bothered me, though. They're small and uneven.

There are four stories, so you need to be okay with stairs. In return, each room has a little veranda with a hammock and a view. The hotel makes clever use of its space and feels unique. The queen beds were adequate, the shower had hot water, and there was a good security system. The manager, Etan, was conscientious and accommodating, and speaks flawless English.

Every room looks out onto a magnificent, lush garden or park, which makes the place feel like it's in the middle of the city's eternal spring. There's also a quaint little café downstairs with delicious food and room service. The architecture, decor, and views are all beautiful and distinctive. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and have a local feel, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. I'd recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The rooftop views were superb, and the rooms were so comfortable, with good equipment, air conditioning, and a balcony hammock I loved. It was also easy to get in touch with the staff, who were always friendly and helpful, including the people at the café. I can't remember the male night staff member's name, but he was a real hero. My partner had a medical emergency, and he helped arrange transport to the hospital and came along to translate, free of charge. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so amazing. We're truly grateful.
