I stayed for a wedding from November 28, 2025, to November 30,2025, and was very disappointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as were the wedding waiters, which are the only reasons I’m giving two stars. The room was run down, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the suite’s jacuzzi was inadequate. Front desk staff were consistently unhelpful. I repeatedly requested and confirmed specialized airport transportation, but it never came through. On another day I asked for a taxi at a specific time and was assured it would be ready, but that assurance was false. Checkout was supposed to be at 1:00 p.m., as hotel policy and a staff member confirmed. At noon, while we were getting ready to leave, the power, water, and Wi-Fi in our room were all cut off. My husband called the front office and was told power would return shortly, then the staff member hung up. It didn’t come back as promised. At checkout, the main desk area had electricity. When I pointed this out, a receptionist was condescending. These issues seriously affected our stay. I ask that the hotel look into these operational failures immediately.

The rooms are very spacious and have all the amenities you need, and the balconies have breathtaking views. Service is excellent, with friendly, helpful staff, and the restaurant offers a five-star dining experience with options for different preferences. I highly recommend staying here. Wi-Fi can be intermittent on the upper floors, and there’s no elevator, so reaching the rooms may mean taking the stairs. Bellmen can help with luggage.

The garden and views were lovely, and the pool area had a nonstop party feel. The facade is amazing, service was good, and the rooms were spacious with incredible air conditioning. The bathrooms are small, and there are few rooms for guests with disabilities.

The rooms are huge, though they could use a bit more maintenance, and the layout is simple and pleasant. The pool and swim-up bar are nice, with very good service. Breakfast has a huge range of buffet dishes, and prices seem fair for what you get. A great spot for a weekend in Cuernavaca.

I attended a workshop here today. The breakfast was exquisite, with good dishes, fresh fruit, and quality food. The coffee break was adequate too, with fresh water, sodas, coffee, cookies, and tea. The meeting room was comfortable enough, though the tables and chairs weren’t very comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough. Technicians came twice but couldn’t fix it, so it was kind of hot by midday.
