Hotel Parador JL

The restaurant was disappointing, though the place itself is excellent.

The friendly staff, quiet surroundings, and included breakfast were positives, but room 102 had a lot of problems. There was no Wi-Fi signal in the room, and the walls were moldy, especially in the bathroom. The short, mold-covered shower curtain let water splash onto the floor and toilet, which felt dangerous. It also took a long time for the shower water to get hot, and the old wooden bed frames creaked. The room had a strong musty smell from poor ventilation. When we brought it up, the manager said all the rooms smelled that way because of the local climate. I don't think that's a valid excuse.

The rooms and balconies at Hotel JL NN, also known as "Hotel Parador JL," look attractive, with lovely views of the surrounding area. But my experience had serious problems. The included breakfast wasn't actually part of the price we had first agreed on, so it felt like a gimmick. The hotel is behind the municipal slaughterhouse. In the early morning, the sound of pigs dying made it impossible to sleep. Worst of all, after I connected to their internet, someone accessed my computer and accounts. They got into my bank account and made purchases. They also create email accounts for theft, such as @simaenaga.com.
