We booked directly with the hotel over WhatsApp and paid in advance. Even though we checked in late, there were no problems. We stayed in suite #8 and room #1, both with lovely decor and plenty of space. The location worked well, and the Sunday buffet food was good with great service. We'll definitely come back. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. My Expedia reservation was confirmed and paid, but they wouldn't honor it when I arrived. At the front desk, the receptionist was rude and offered no solution, saying it wasn't her fault and that she lived far away, as though that explained anything. The service was terrible and unprofessional. The charge went through on my card, so now I'm left to sort out the refund myself. A really bad experience.

The food was very good and the staff were friendly, though they didn't have an item listed on the menu. I had reserved a table and confirmed it, but when I arrived there wasn't space. They put me at a table with party chairs that weren't very comfortable. I think the restaurant needs more staff.

I went there to eat. The wings tasted very frozen, which was the one thing I didn't like. Otherwise, it's a nice place, and the music is quiet enough for a pleasant conversation.
