The tours offered at the hotel were impressive and full of things to learn. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a lovely place to stay and unwind, with beautiful views and nature all around. I’d absolutely recommend it.

You wake up to the smell of damp earth and all kinds of birds singing. The reserve feels clean, and they respect nature and live in harmony with it. The coffee tour right there on the reserve is well worth doing. Breakfast is included and good, and there’s parking.

The cabins are beautiful, and the food was simple on the menu but tasty. There’s no internet signal except at reception, so keep that in mind if being connected matters to you. I loved it. We tagged along with friends on this trip after only reading the reviews here, and the place was a very pleasant surprise: green everywhere, just beautiful. In short, it was a one-of-a-kind experience.

The tours were fascinating and really enriching, so I’d recommend trying them. The service was great, with people always checking in and making sure we had what we needed without having to go out. Downtown Cuetzalan is close by, too. It’s a lovely spot to relax and unplug, and we’ll definitely come back 💖
