They're remodeling now, and the finished rooms are a lot better than the ones still being worked on. My room had a small but decent kitchen for basic meals. I've stayed in several hotels in Mexico, and from a Stateside perspective, this one was definitely above average.

There is covered parking, and the apartment is centrally located, spacious, quiet, and felt safe. The bathrooms have complimentary soap and shampoo. They can lend you an iron, but there's no hair dryer. The place was cleaned well, though broken cups and furniture, peeling paint, and other missed details made it look a bit untidy. The furniture is old and worn, and the apartment needs maintenance and remodeling. Hot water never worked in one bathroom; I reported it, but no one came to help. The showerheads have saltpeter and aren't water-saving. It's okay for a basic stay, but not comfortable.
