We stayed in the older part of the hotel, which is clearly more dated than the newer area, but it was still well cared for. The breakfast was very good, and the front desk found a room that suited our family’s needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.

I had a great stay here years ago. They make a real effort to look after Best Western elite members. Some friends booked recently and had a good experience too.

We stayed for five days and enjoyed every one of them. The service was pleasing, and the place was extremely clean because of COVID-19. The restaurant’s chicken fajitas and flautas were excellent. It was a great deal, and I’m definitely coming back.

Breakfast was included, and the hotel was pet friendly. I also had secure parking right outside my room. A wonderful stay in Durango.

We were riding through Mexico on motorcycles, three friends in all, and they had a room with three beds available. It was clean, and the staff were polite. The English-speaking clerk was a big help, and the parking was guarded at night. I’d recommend it.
