The facilities were clean, the rooms comfortable and the staff friendly. It’s a great hotel option in Ensenada, centrally located, and has streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video.

The parking lot is small, but it felt reassuring to know the car was somewhere safe. My room was spacious and cozy, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly, and I’d definitely stay again. I only found one usable electrical outlet, and it wasn’t beside the bed like in most hotels I’ve stayed in, but that’s a small nitpick.

The room was nice, and the balcony had a beautiful view of the street. The place itself was excellent. What bothered us was finding out too late how the cleaning sign works. At most hotels I’ve stayed in, you put the sign outside when you don’t want housekeeping. Here, you’re supposed to put it out if you do want your room serviced, but management said we should have read the sign. I told them hotels usually follow the same rule, so why change it without letting us know when we booked? Just sharing this for your information.

The room was spacious and clean, with a wet bar, coffee maker, refrigerator, on-demand heating and cooling, and a lovely balcony. The bathroom was dated but worked fine. Watch for the step down into the bedroom when you open the door. This place has a great central location and feels safe, with secure parking. Check-in was slow when several people arrived at once because of the photocopying and printing. Breakfast in the lobby was just snacks, nothing substantial. I didn’t use the pool, though it looked nice. At $160 a night, expect US prices.
