The welcome from Don Sergio set the tone for our stay. He was punctual and generous, and gave us the kind of warm, family embrace I hadn't realized I needed. His personal attention brings together warmth, courtesy, education, and experience. The place itself has the privacy and facilities you want, with the grandeur of a 100-year-old mansion, and a real sense of harmony. I feel sure guests will have a wonderful time here. Thank you, Chief Cisneros, LaSeñora, and the whole staff for the work you do. I can confidently recommend this as the best 5-star hotel in Guadalajara.
