The hotel itself is quite nice and in a very good location, which makes this especially disappointing. I was charged twice for my room. I repeatedly contacted the hotel and sent all the information they requested to correct the mistake, but nothing was done. The staff were completely useless about the issue. I also contacted Booling.com, where I had booked, but they never got a response from the hotel either. Be careful if you pay the hotel by credit card.

The bathroom had a strange smell, apparently from a plumbing problem. Apart from that, the room was comfortable, including the bed and pillows, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was great, close to good restaurants, and the service was excellent. The receptionists were very friendly.

There was hair on the floor and in the shower in room 304, and on both beds too. When I went to reception to ask for another room, the receptionist had a horrible attitude. They don't provide complimentary water, it's only for sale. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

Breakfast was the same every day and didn't taste good. The sheets were stained and smelled stale, and a bad odor often came from the soil pipe. The water was shut off two or three times a day. I really don't understand how this hotel can have a rating above 4 stars.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't care for the valet parking, though I don't like valet parking anywhere. The restaurant had few decent options, so thank goodness for Uber Eats. The Starbucks stand was also out of a lot of ingredients, which limited the menu. Just an average hotel.
