Hotel Boutique La Mansion Guadalajara

We’ve just got home after five days here and had a wonderful time. The staff made the place for us. Every one of them was friendly, kind, attentive, and clearly focused on good service. They’re why this hotel gets five stars. The back gardens around the pool were beautiful and peaceful, a little oasis in the city. I loved waking up to the view and spending evenings out there. The location is great too, and we’ve stayed in this area before. The price helped as well. I nearly passed on booking because the photos showed a Spanish Colonial hotel with Victorian furniture inside. Honestly, I wanted to redecorate the whole place with Spanish Colonial furniture and decor, then redo the marketing pictures. But I understand why it has all five stars: the staff, garden and pool, location, and price. We’ll be back!

Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Someone told me, “The house chose me, I didn’t choose the house,” and once you stay here, you’ll get it. The building itself makes the experience amazing, along with the staff, breakfast, and location. The staff were sensational, honest, trustworthy, and just fantastic. A convenience store is only steps away, a supermarket is five minutes away, and there are loads of restaurants within a ten-minute walk. It’s the perfect location.

The staff stayed friendly, quick, respectful, and attentive to what we needed throughout our stay. My husband and I were very comfortable and are ready to come back. When we arrived, it was a dark and stormy night, and the place looked like a castle or a movie set. We knocked on the huge door and heard a deep, hollow boom before a sweet young man opened it and welcomed us inside.

I’m glad I picked hotel boutique la mansión while attending a conference at l'expo instead of staying in a stuffy chain hotel. It cost less, and the place is picturesque and clean, with a nice pool, plants, and breakfast included. The staff were very nice and helpful. It’s worth the ten-minute walk to the expo.
