I never got any check in instructions, so I was stuck outside the building and had to wait for someone to leave before I could get in. Check in itself took about 40 minutes. The staff member on the phone didn't seem to know about my Agoda booking, and I had to wait for a link to enter my information. They also required either a 1500 MXN credit card authorization or a 170 MXN cash deposit that isn't refunded. None of this was mentioned when I booked. The apartment wasn't clean. The floor was dirty, as shown in the photos, there were dead insects on it, and live ones on the sofa and bed. The building also clearly isn't finished. From 8 AM, construction workers showed up with loud music, shouting between floors and using the garden as a workspace, so resting was impossible. Even basics cost extra, like clean towels for 70 MXN and cleaning for 600 MXN, without clear notice beforehand. On my last evening I stepped out briefly to pick up a delivery. When I got back, my door no longer worked and I couldn't get into the apartment. There was no staff on site. I called several numbers and got no answer, even though it was around 8 PM. Night staff wouldn't take calls and only answered messages, while maintenance was unavailable outside working hours. I waited outside for more than two hours with only my phone before someone finally opened the door. The place is seriously disorganized, lacking transparency and basic customer support. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
