The central pool and restaurant give the place a cool layout, more like a hacienda or colonial home than a formal hotel. It’s also easy to get around from here. Our host was amazing and the staff paid close attention to us. We had a great stay.

I left feeling peaceful, which I hadn’t felt in a while as I was grieving someone close to me. The evening retreat combined breathwork with a meditative sound healing session, and it helped me relax and treat my body gently. What an exceptional experience. I’m so grateful I went, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

We booked through Air BNB and had amazing service. Nadine was a lovely, helpful host. Tulum can be hit or miss, though, so be careful about which areas you visit. Crime is fairly high in the city.

The grounds are beautiful, and it was quiet and felt very secure. We almost had the pool to ourselves. Downtown Tulum is close enough to reach by bike, and the beach and Tulum ruins are also within cycling distance. We had a wonderful stay through Airbnb.

The penthouse was better than I expected, and everything else was good too. The private pool was especially nice. One frustrating thing at check-in: the employees didn’t tell me the Wi-Fi details, and I had a hard time because of that. Maybe that’s just the hotel’s rule?
