The location was the only good part of this stay. There were 14 of us, and we had to take cold showers because the plumbing was terrible and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The owner allowed one towel per guest for our nine days, and extra towels cost more. The rooms smelled like sewage. One guest was using conditioner when the water shut off. Communication with the host was poor, and they were rude at times. They describe the place as an eco-friendly Airbnb, but I didn’t see anything eco-friendly about it. We couldn’t use the patio because it wasn’t structurally sound, and there was a large hole someone could easily fall through. The listing shows more than 500 reviews, but only 33 are positive. It all seemed very sketchy. A cleaning person was already waiting outside for us to check out right at 11 a.m., even though we’d arrived after check-in because we had to wait 40 minutes for the correct access code. I don’t usually complain this much, but do your research. I hope Airbnb removes this very unpleasant home.

This traditional Mexican house has six rooms, and guests can use the lounge and kitchen if they need to. Each room has a coffee machine, and the bed was very comfortable. There was hot water in the shower, and they have single, double, and family rooms. I loved my stay and would come back.

I booked three rooms, but one was canceled the day before we arrived. They said they were available to help sort things out, yet I tried to reach them several times and got no response. They finally replied on the day of the reservation, when I urgently needed to find somewhere for my whole family. I expected better based on the accommodation’s high rating. I’ve attached a screenshot as proof, since I’m sure they’ll claim they tried to resolve it, but they didn’t.

After a day exploring the city, this is a pleasant place to come back and relax. There’s a kitchen, living room, and dining room, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. It’s close to tourist attractions, ATMs, restaurants, and bars, so getting around is easy. The price is very affordable compared with other places nearby, whether you’re on your own or in a group of more than 11, like we were. Highly recommended.

The location couldn’t have been better, right in the center and close to restaurants, internet cafes, and an Oxxo convenience store. I had a simple, cozy downstairs room with its own bathroom. There was internet, a TV, kitchen access, a living room, and breakfast was available. My room also had a coffee maker with coffee and creamer. I recommend it without hesitation. It was great, and I’ll be back soon.
