The room was really clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, and I appreciated all the help and tips from Carlos Bega. Fantastic place. I strongly recommend it and will definitely stay again next time I visit.

They never opened the door for us, so we were left out on the street all night. One of the worst experiences of my life! I want my money back.

The access was a little confusing, and the place is far from the center. I stayed with friends, and we found it comfortable and clean. Parking is on the outskirts, but it seemed safe. I'd recommend it if you have transportation.

Our host Carlos gave us great suggestions for places to visit and was incredibly kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay.

It was a great place to relax. Everything was very clean, including the bed, sofa bed, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom, blankets, and towels. Mr. Carlos manages the place and is excellent and very kind, as is his wife. I think the care they show is what makes staying here pleasant.
