I've stayed here twice with friends, both times in a double room. The first visit was in March for the whales, and the second was after we had an accident that day. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot water had good pressure. Wi-Fi was weaker in the room but better in the restaurant and cafe. I also liked the benches outside, a nice spot to relax in the evening. Rafe at the front desk was really accommodating and clearly cared about our safety. We planned to drive to San Felipe that afternoon, and he kept urging us not to make such a long drive in the evening. He offered us a shower because we were dusty, and gave us options to stay another night. When we decided we had to go, he looked up safe places and stops where we could rest on the way. He was so kind and patient, and speaks really good English if you want to practice your Spanish. Thanks again, Rafe. Shree and Sarah made it safely to AZ and are going beyond.

The thin walls made the TV from the next room come through loud and clear. This hotel is probably as good as it gets in Guerrero Negro, and I'm grateful to have a place to rest when I'm driving a long distance. Still, I haven't slept well in GN, and only stop in town when I have to.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the best I've slept on in days of travel. The room itself could use a little attention, though. The bathroom was a bit sad, with a broken toilet paper holder and shabby towels. The reception staff were super friendly. There was parking on the property, and I could leave my truck right in front of the room. The property isn't gated, but I felt comfortable leaving the truck and my gear there. Wi-Fi had a good signal, but was almost unusable in the evening. By morning it was just enough for a low-quality Google Meet call. The receptionist said the wind was to blame, though it seemed like an ongoing problem. I paid 1050 MXN pesos for a single-occupancy room with two queen beds. I think double occupancy was around 1350.

I spent two nights here. The room was basic but okay, with a small bathroom, hot water, and not much pressure. Wi-Fi was patchy, though it worked, and there was both air conditioning and heating. I parked right outside the room. The location was pretty decent, with a breakfast spot next door that had good coffee. Next time, I'd reserve one of the larger rooms in the back.
