The restaurant only serves breakfast, so dinner means heading into town, and the swimming pool wasn’t in service. I also had trouble with the elevator. It was working poorly and took forever to reach a floor. If you want to stay near downtown, though, this is a good place.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we loved the room. It was big and spacious, with really comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, and we also loved the takeout dinners, which were delivered right to our room. Awesome place to stay, highly recommend it!

The people were nice, smiling, and professional, and the hotel was quiet and clean. Still, the elevator needs to be fixed right away. I could see older people having trouble getting to their rooms by the escalator. The place seemed too new to have these problems already: the shower pressure was bad, a light bulb had burned out, and the electronic key wouldn’t work on a night when I arrived late.

The views were really good, and the location was excellent. The service was welcoming, and the price felt amazing for the room and service. It was a nice, welcoming, quick stay for us. I’d definitely recommend the place and would come back.

Breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, the shower was warm, and the premises were clean. Most of the staff were friendly and kind, though one cleaning lady seemed intolerant of small children. She would roll her eyes at our kids and call them skinny cows, haha. The elevator was out of service, and from other comments it seems it had been that way for a while. That was rough with my small children, who struggled on the stairs and had to be carried. My elderly grandmother also had a hard time going up and down the flights, and carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was an obvious hassle. Another inconvenience was having to reset our key card whenever we left. We forgot a few times and had to go all the way back down to reception, which was tiring. They said it was for our safety, I guess. I’d consider staying again if they finally fix the elevator.
