The location is accessible, the service is good, and there’s a restaurant. They’re happy to wait if you’re hiking and get back late. The garden has three tables with chairs and three lounge chairs, though only one of those was suitable. The heated pool is a good temperature, but you have to tell them before going in so they can turn on the heater. It’s a nice place for a pleasant stay, though it feels more like a hotel than a cabin property. There are only three cabins, for six or more people. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with plenty of warm blankets and towels, new fixtures, and hot water. The toilet paper was poor quality. The rooms have electric fireplaces, not real ones, and there’s no fire pit. I’d give it a 7 out of 10.

The manager was very helpful, and the service was excellent. There’s a small restaurant, a grill, and parking. I’d definitely return to this beautiful, clean place. From what I saw, it has only a few rooms and three small but charming cabins on the same grounds, each for up to six people. The warm-water pool and small jacuzzi were great. The rooms were small but clean, with an electric fireplace, hot shower, and spacious bathroom. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable.

Once I got into the room, it was excellent, and Luis’s attention made a big difference to the service. The arrival was a different story: there was no staff available to check me in, and I waited about 45 minutes for the room I’d reserved. When I finally got the key, I was told the person in charge would arrive later. Setbacks can happen, but someone should be on call for these situations. The person who checked me in said there were no scheduled reservations.

We’ve been twice and really like how quiet the place is and how friendly everyone is. The jacuzzi is great, and its water warms up very well. The pool water, unfortunately, isn’t warm or hot.
