The outdoor area was pleasant, but the stay itself was a mess. Our room was poorly cleaned, with dirty sheets and pillows, and the ceiling fan was covered in dust. Only one outlet worked, and the AC was out. When I asked the attendant about it, he said he’d check, but nothing happened. We also waited 30 minutes for a room key they couldn’t find, then got a master key instead. This used to be our nice, quiet spot, and I don’t know what happened. I wouldn’t come back.

The room had a useful layout and plenty of space, with the beds separated. But the AC leaked all over the place, and when the power went out there was no generator or emergency lighting.

The pool was in rough shape, with debris from the trees around it and far too much chlorine. The rooms and the rest of the facilities also feel old. On my second day, the water ran out; the hotel was full, and I was told the other rooms were using it all. The staff were okay, but for what I paid, it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location worked well, close to the beach and a shopping center, and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean, though they didn’t replace the sheets daily. The pool had too much chlorine. For the price, it was a good experience.
