Carlos and Kevin were especially welcoming and went out of their way to help us whenever we needed something. The rest of the staff were friendly too, and breakfast was good. We stayed a few nights during our trip and loved it. The price was great, our room was sparkling clean and comfortable, and the pool was well kept and refreshing. It sits on a main road, but the design keeps the noise to a minimum. Downtown is a 15-minute walk, and Chahue beach is 10 minutes away. Thanks for such a great place to stay!

We had a great time chatting with Carlos at the front desk. He was welcoming and really helpful, like all the friendly, professional staff. The restaurant offers a nice breakfast buffet and à la carte dishes from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm. Everything was kept clean and tidy, and the location made it easy to walk to beaches, variety stores, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. It also seems suitable for families with children of any age. They’re expanding with a new apartment building for winter of 2024.

I liked the personal feel of this family-run hotel, and the price, location, and services were all good. The family was around and quick to respond when I asked for help. Alfredo and Kevin helped me book buses and taxis, and I sometimes heard Carlos singing beautifully. The room and shared open areas were always sparkling clean. It was easy to walk to beaches and La Crucecita, and the large shower had hot water every time. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We spent hours relaxing by the pool in the warm Mexican sun, and Chahue beach was just a short walk away. The hotel restaurant’s breakfast buffet was especially delicious. Our family of four had plenty of room, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs and make us feel at home. We’d highly recommend this family-friendly hotel in Huatulco and can’t wait for our next vacation here.
