The staff went above and beyond for us. We were traveling with our daughter and had bought milk, a little ice chest, and ice to keep it cold. After we went sightseeing and came back the next day, our room had been cleaned and there was a mini-fridge in it. Room service had noticed what we needed and brought one in. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay.

The beds were really comfortable, and we got a good rest in a lovely room. It's a great place to stay and unwind. Just know there are stairs and no elevator, so you'll need to climb to any room. If you arrive overnight, call the hotel so they can open the locked plaza doors and let you and your car in.

BW Gran Plaza made our trip. The staff didn't just act friendly, they made us feel like family and even thought of things we needed before we did. We were there with a baby and had bought an icebox for her milk, so they brought a fridge to our room at no extra charge. Everything at this Best western felt new and clean, and we were treated like a priority. The location is great, with delicious food nearby, along with shops and coffee places. I loved it and would return to Iguala just to stay here again. Thank you very much, and all the best!!!

The people were nice, but the underground parking was awful because it was so dark. I could barely see. Someone could get seriously hurt if they don't add more light! 🎃
