The island had been hit by heavy rain when we arrived, and it was badly flooded. With the conditions, this spot felt far from the center and restaurants. The pool wasn’t completely clean, and we couldn’t use the hammocks because they had mold on them. In general, it didn’t feel very well maintained. We were grateful to be able to stay despite a booking mix-up that was our fault. Jonathan went above and beyond and arranged it without extra cost. He was also very helpful booking a bioluminescence tour and calling a taxi when we needed one.

The location was the main drawback for me. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the main area, which was fine because it was quieter, but the route had lots of puddles to work around. The roads were especially poor in the neighborhood where many locals live. The hotel itself was nice, with a clean, pleasant room. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and whenever we had a question or needed something, they supported us right away.

It’s far enough away to be quiet, yet close enough that you can walk everywhere. The place is nice, with new settings, and the hostess was fantastic. She went the extra mile for our family. We had a great stay, and I’d gladly return. Easy to recommend :)

The service felt genuine and friendly, and the room had a comfortable bed. It’s a quiet location, a bit of a walk from the center and beach, but that worked for us. We prefer peaceful nights :)

The hostess was incredibly hospitable, and the hotel was chic and practical. Our room was beautiful, and the cleaning staff were pleasant and efficient. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.
