The room had a lovely, relaxing patio, and it was spotless and fresh. We were less than a 10-minute walk from the beach and town center, while the hotel itself was very peaceful. It was our first visit to Isla Holbox, and this felt like a good mid-range choice. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Corina at the bar made the best passionfruit mezcalita we tried on the island, definitely worth getting. My two gripes were the hard bed and hot water that lasted less than five minutes each day. If those don’t bother you, it’s a perfect hotel.

The hotel is lovely and close to downtown, and we’d definitely come back. Our room was spacious, with a really comfortable bed, and the Wi-Fi was good. There were also a few kitchen amenities. Breakfast was offered at a good price, with a nice view.

I loved the pool and lounge chairs, and the whole place had a very relaxing feel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel is close to the ferry as well as plenty of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the safe in my room. It stopped working on my second day and the staff couldn’t fix it, but it didn’t affect my stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was a great extra, and our room was clean and nicely organized. We had such a good time here and felt at home. Every day, the staff were warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. A special thanks to Karina and her team for making the stay so memorable, and for the best passion fruit mezcalita on the island ;) We made amazing memories here, and we’ll carry the experience in our hearts.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to the town center, which is a nice chance to get some exercise. The hotel is very quiet, and the front desk was great. Coffee and bottled water were provided, and both the internet and A/C worked great. Maid service was exceptional. The TV reception, though, wasn’t very good.
