I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Caracol more than I expected. I loved walking into the lush interior courtyard whenever I returned, and it looked lovely with the lights in the evening. There were lots of places to relax around the pool. The pool is more for the atmosphere than anything else, and I loved having coffee beside it. My room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, a couple of minutes' walk from the pier and from the pedestrian street with all the restaurants and shops. The nice beaches were about a 10 to 15 minute walk away, with Playa Nikita being the best, and it wasn't a problem even while travelling with elderly family members. I'd definitely stay there again. The pool was smaller than I expected and tucked into a back corner between two walls. I don't think it gets much sun during the day. That didn't matter, though, since we preferred spending the daytime at a paradise beach.

A lovely little hotel in the centre of the island! It's close to everything: the beach, restaurants, shops, and markets. Nights can be a bit noisy because venues are nearby. It's only a short walk from the ferry, so getting here is easy. The rooms are in great shape, renovated and well cared for. Air conditioning, hot water, and a thumbs-up!

I stayed here for three nights and was pretty comfortable. The location is very good, though a few things felt worn: the bathroom window wouldn't close, the pool was a little dirty, and the Wi-Fi was poor. Overall it was decent, but not the best value for money. Most places on the island are expensive, though, so that's expected. We didn't see any other guests besides ourselves?

I stayed for just two nights. It was very convenient, close to the ferry, restaurants, bars, and everything else. The area was quiet, and the place was clean, friendly, and had a lovely garden!

This is the cleanest and most comfortable hotel we've stayed at in Isla Mujeres. We've been coming here for at least 20 years, and we'll stay here again next time. It's not very big, which helps keep it quiet. All the rooms are set back from the main road, so it's quiet at night too. Everything you need, including the beach and ferry, is within walking distance. Best of all, the price was just right. It cost less than most places and was much better. Enjoy your stay if you go!
