Raul was especially helpful. If the staff didn't have what we needed at first, they'd find a way to get it. We had a calm stay, with hardly any noise and a lovely view. The warm atmosphere, friendly service, and reasonable price made it well worth it. The bar and restaurant are a great extra. I'd happily recommend staying here.

A clean, tidy place where it’s easy to relax. The service was impeccable and everyone was friendly, and we hardly heard any noise from outside. I’d improve the internet, but otherwise it’s a comfortable spot for a peaceful stay.

The low price is a real plus, and the facilities and furnishings seem new. It’s a modest but pleasant hotel, very clean and quiet, with internet and cable TV. For early showers, I’d suggest using gas to heat the water along with the solar heater. The water isn’t completely cold, but could be warmer then.

The staff took great care of us, and the hotel is close to the spas. We had a visit that was well worth it, and we’ll definitely come back.

Beto’s service was excellent, truly 10/10, and we loved our family visit. The hotel is quiet and very clean, not far from the avenue. Our double room cost $700, which felt reasonable, and we didn’t see any pests. The bar prices were good too. We’ll stay here again next time.
