The location is convenient, close to the small center, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The staff were kind and available, and parking on the street right outside was easy. Still, I wouldn't return. The bedroom was very basic: the sheets had light stains, the huge chunky pillows were hard (luckily I'd brought my own travel pillow), and the floor wasn't clean enough. Big ants came in under the door. The bathroom worked, but there was nowhere for our things except the floor or the top of the small toilet tank, which didn't flush well. It was hot, so we didn't mind the cold shower. We were glad it was only a one-night stop. They kindly offer free laundry, picking up your things and returning them washed and dried, but I'd only hand over sturdy items I could afford to lose. One of mine came back ripped in several places, and I still don't know how it happened.

A great $20 U.S. a night hotel in a central location. The room had good AC, a garden view, a nice bed, sheets and towels, plus great internet. Shhh, don't tell anyone. I just read the other reviews: they turn on the hot water if you ask. This isn't the Ritz, but it's great value for $20.

The young man who helped us was very friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable, and the air conditioning worked really well. But the beds were uncomfortable, both the mattress and the plastic pillows, and my mother and son weren't comfortable. The bathroom smelled a little like muriatic acid. Honestly, we wouldn't come back.

It's only two blocks from the city center, and the rooms are spacious enough to relax in. They have cable TV, air conditioning, and internet. A very comfortable, nice place to spend the night in Izamal, and worth visiting.
