We really needed laundry service, so it was a relief that they offered it. The breakfast each morning was the best we’ve had, too. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The lush common areas are very well kept, and the pool is a neat feature. The space around it is lovely for reading or yoga. What a delightful spot, highly recommend it!

The cenote-style swimming pool is really unique, and the hotel has beautiful, lush gardens. There’s a great choice of rooms with ensuites, and the staff are very friendly. A must-stay in Izamal.

Izamal is a lovely little town, calm and pretty, and the hotel makes a great base for a family visit. The bungalows are beautifully painted and dotted through lush greenery, so it feels like a mini jungle. The cenote-style pool is unique, breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s a quiet, lovely place about a 10-minute walk from the center, tucked into a little jungle. The hotel is gorgeous, and the pool is amazing. The room felt a bit dated, but the colors and friendly staff made that easy to forget. They keep improving the place with decorations and other touches. A hidden gem, and I hope it doesn’t stay hidden!

It’s only a few blocks from the center of Izamal, but the grounds make it feel far removed. The landscaping is fantastic, with a pool and lots of wild birds. There are also a few parrots and parakeets in a cage. Breakfast is included, and the staff are helpful. A really beautiful place to stay, highly recommend it.
