The service and hotel were good, but the AC in Room 10 was really loud. There's nowhere nearby to eat or get breakfast, so you have to drive out, and the hotel doesn't even offer coffee.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, but the price didn't match what I got. I booked through the platform after struggling to find a place, and the listing promised a mountain view. Instead, every room faces an empty lot through a very narrow window. I was also concerned that they weren't following COVID prevention hygiene standards: there was no sanitation protocol, and they weren't respecting the occupancy limit. At 1,100 a night, the facilities just don't justify that price.

The parking lot is very small, which was the only downside. The hotel itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was a blessing in Jalpan. It's near the Jalpan dam and Rhino Mojitos, which I'd also recommend.

It's a nice base for a few nights. The center isn't very close, but the dam is nearby for swimming, along with a small spa.

The pillows made all the difference for me, they're so comfortable. I found the hotel very comfortable overall, and it's become one of my favorites in Jalpan. Some people might consider it expensive.
